Shipping policy

We process your order within 24-48 hours and Shipping is usually 2-3 Business Days for USPS Priority Shipping or 3-10 Business Days for Standard Shipping to United States. International Shipping will vary between 4-7 Days. 

You should be receiving your tracking info within 24-48 hours after placing your order on the email and/or phone number you provided. You will be provided with a tracking number.

Please be advised that there may be delays on deliveries during the holiday season, or due to unpleasant weather conditions. If you place an order after 11am on a Saturday, your package will not be shipped until Monday morning.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

NOTE: Although we do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages, all shipping time frames are "estimates" only and can vary upon different circumstances such as delays due to holidays, inclement or extreme weather conditions, customs delays, etc. in which Lashes So Fly is not responsible for. If you need your order delivered by a specific time frame, it is best to order a week or two in advance. 

• All tracking numbers generally take 48 hours to update once retrieved & scanned in by USPS.

 

For any sale orders, whenever there is a sale, due to high order volumes we receive from customers, processing time could be longer than 2-3 business days when ordering during a sale. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing when ordering during a sale, before receiving a tracking number for your sale order. 

 

Missing Package

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you will need to address this issue with USPS. Lashes So Fly is NOT responsible for packages stating to be delivered. Refunds are not granted for packages stating to be delivered.

• If a package is returned back by USPS for any reason such as incomplete or incorrect shipping address, you will be charged a $10.40 re-shipment fee for the package to be shipped back out to the correct & complete shipping address with signature confirmation. The package will not be released without a signature this time, so please be available to receive your package. If you wish to receive a refund instead of paying the $10 re-shipment fee, the fee will be deducted from your refund for previous shipping expenses. 

 

LOST/ DAMAGED/ STOLEN PACKAGES

For any reason, your package may have been lost or stolen, you will have to contact USPS to have them investigate where your package is. Their customer service hotline is 

1 (800) 275-8777 . Say "agent" or press 0 to direct you to a live customer service. Have your tracking number handy and the correct shipping address. 

INSURED PACKAGES

If your package was indeed lost, damaged, or stolen, we will have to file a claim with the insurance. You will have to cooperate with us by doing your part (USPS will sent a email with link to you, (the recipient) to response to the claim and confirm that your package was lost, damages, or stolen. The investigation and process will take up to 20-30 days. 

We cannot issue a refund or a replacement of your lost/ damaged/ stolen package until the USPS Shipping Insurance has received your response confirming that it was lost, damaged or stolen and approve the claim. We cannot issue a refund/ order replacement until after that 20 day grace period. The faster you submit your response and communicate with us, the faster we can issue your refund/ order replacement.

Due to sanitary/health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
