Refund policy

Can I exchange or return my lashes?

Due to our strict hygienic practices, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our products. If items sent to you are either incorrect or damaged, please send us an email at support@lashessofly.com . We will gladly investigate and make sure that we resolve the issue. In most cases, store credits will be issued. Shipping costs are not included in store credits since those are already paid to the shipping company.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
